Presentations included; LIMS end-to-end (setup, delivery, settlement and sales/transfers), Approvals, Import/Export Designer, LIMS Advanced Features, WeighWiz Advanced Features, Reports, Inventory Tracking, LabWiz, Planning/Quota Tracking, Wiki-style Help, BoomWiz and BC Harvest Billing.
There were many new relationships developed and learning opportunities from a very diverse group of clients from all over North America. Most clients are using the 3LOG solution in a slightly different way so it’s always interesting to learn from one another.
Users spent time hands on using their own company data and asking questions to the 3LOG support staff and it proved to be an invaluable experience.
A hands on report tutorial provided the opportunity to watch the instructor and then follow through the steps on a computer with assistance from the support group.
Roundtables for specific regions provided an opportunity for clients to discuss regional issues and the opportunity to recommend enhancements which are beneficial to the group.
Dinner at the Cloud9 Revolving Restaurant (42nd floor of The Empire Landmark Hotel) high above the city provided a continuously changing view. Socializing and meeting other clients to learn from one another is clearly one of the highlights we’ve found comes from the user conference.
The dinner cruise on the MV Harbour Princess provided a great scenic atmosphere of the Vancouver harbor for clients to collaborate amongst peers.
Based on feedback from attendees the overall user conference rated a 9 out of a possible 10 and everyone is excited about getting back together to meet new people and learn more at the next conference in 2015.
