Riley Creek has chosen 3LOG LIMS

Richmond, B.C. – Riley Creek, the largest lumber producer in Idaho, has selected 3LOG’s LIMS (Log Inventory and Management System) solution for their sawmills. Riley Creek’s mills are located in Laclede, Moyie Springs, and Chilco.

Widely used in the region, LIMS was chosen for its flexibility. The comprehensive contract management provided in LIMS allows Riley Creek to deal with the dynamic nature of the industry today. LIMS interfaces with Riley Creek’s existing weigh scale system and handheld devices, providing a complete solution for their production needs.

LIMS is a modular system. It directs all aspects of raw material management. An integrated solution, it provides timely and accurate information to operations and management.

Implementation began on Feb 1st, 2005. Riley Creek is scheduled to “go-live” at all locations on June 1st, 2005.
