Webex-assisted Support

Our support channels include Webex.
We can help you with 3LOG software in real time, during a live conference call.
If you have a Windows PC and an internet connection, you can receive in-depth support right on your own desktop.
For customers on the monthly or annual support and maintenance program,
WebEx-enhanced support calls are included at no extra charge.
Here's how it works.
- Arrange a date and time for your 3LOG support call. You can reach us as detailed above.
- You will receive an email giving you a meeting link. If you do not already have the WebEx client
software, you can click on the meeting link ahead of time to
download the WebEx software in advance.

- At the time the meeting is due to begin, click on the meeting link supplied in your email.

- Log in using the password given in your email from 3LOG.

- Your 3LOG representative can present documents and software features to you right in your own office.
