Webex-assisted Support

Our support channels include Webex. We can help you with 3LOG software in real time, during a live conference call. If you have a Windows PC and an internet connection, you can receive in-depth support right on your own desktop.

For customers on the monthly or annual support and maintenance program, WebEx-enhanced support calls are included at no extra charge.

Here's how it works.

  1. Arrange a date and time for your 3LOG support call. You can reach us as detailed above.

  2. You will receive an email giving you a meeting link. If you do not already have the WebEx client software, you can click on the meeting link ahead of time to download the WebEx software in advance.



  3. At the time the meeting is due to begin, click on the meeting link supplied in your email.



  4. Log in using the password given in your email from 3LOG.



  5. Your 3LOG representative can present documents and software features to you right in your own office.
