What customer support programs and options do you offer?

The Maintenance and Support Agreement is a critical component of our business. Changes occur rapidly in technology. As supported software vendors update their operating systems and databases, 3LOG upgrades its systems to leverage the new functionality provided.

3LOG is continually investigating new ways to make our systems more powerful. 3LOG’s support team can be contacted using the telephone, e-mail, or fax.

By participating in the Maintenance and Support Agreement your systems are always up to date at a fixed annual or monthly cost that’s easy to budget for.

What training courses are available to support your products?

Based on our implementation methodology, we will do a 3-day on-site training for the key users of the system within days of project start-up. We prefer to have this training on a central location for all users. In a typical case, in addition to the on-site training program for general users, we also provide additional training for system administration and core personnel.

We always implement our system as a turnkey solution and are very flexible on the location and class size for the training.

What documents are included with LIMS?

LIMS comes with a reference manual, concepts manual, quick setup manual, weigh scale manual and a weigh scale quick tour.
