The conference fee of $200 per person will be billed in late April. This fee includes:
- all seminars on the conference schedule
- all meals on the conference schedule

Air and ground transportation
The closest airport is Vancouver International Airport (airline code YVR).
There are frequent flights to the United States and to other parts of Canada
from YVR.
All hotels in Richmond (a suburb of Vancouver) are within a short cab
ride of YVR. In addition, many hotels operate a shuttle service to and from
the airport. Inquire about shuttle services at your hotel when you make your
reservation.
